Neighbours object to home extension

0

NEIGHBOURS have objected to a householder’s plan to build two-storey and single-storey extensions to the front and rear of his home at Appleton Thorn, Warrington.
Appleton Parish Council has also objected to the plan in Thorntree Green – a small cul-de-sac within the village.
A similar application was turned down last year and the parish council claims the new plan would result in an extension even more prominent than the earlier one. Neighbours say the development would be out of character with the area and lead to a loss of light and loss of garden space.
Planning officers are recommending the scheme be approved.
