New plant for Co-op store

NEW refrigeration and air conditioning plant can be installed at the Co-op store in Cotswold Road, Warrington, planners have decided.
Members of the borough council’s planning committee approved replacement of the existing plant with a new condenser unit and variable refrigerant flow.
It will be surrounded by an acoustic enclosure and councillors decided there would be no demonstrable arm caused to the residential amenity of nearby houses, nor noise disturbance of highway safety issues.
