Blaze pub evacuated

A WARRINGTON pub was evacuated this morning after fire broke out in the kitchen.
Two deep fat fryers were involved in the blaze at the Harvester pub on Charon Way, Westbrook.
Fire engines from Warrington were called to the scene and crews used a fire blanket to extinguish the flames.
The premises were evacuated and a ventilation unit was used to clear smoke from the kitchen. There were no reports of injuries.
