TRAFFIC is to be prohibited from using Hermitage Green Lane, Winwick, Warrington while essential carriageway resurfacing work is carried out.
Work is due to start on Monday, June 16 and will last for about three weeks.
The road will be closed throughout its entire length between 8.30am and 5.30pm and when signs are displayed on site.
An alternative route will be via Newton Road and Golborne Road and vice versa and will be signposted.
