Town centre fires

FIREFIGHTERS were called to deal with two incidents in Warrington town centre during the early hour of today (Monday) one involving a wheelie bin and another involving a pile of rubbish in an alley.
The wheelie bin fire was in Buttermarket Street at 4.09am and firemen used a hose real to extinguish the flames. The other involved a large fire involving a pile of rubbish in Arpley Street at 3.30am and a hose reel was used to put out the flames.
