WARRINGTON Borough Council flew the flag at half-mast to mark the 25th anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster.
The Mayor, Cllr Peter Carey, joined the council leader, Cllr Terry O’Neill, deputy leader, Cllr Mike Hannon, chief executive Professor Steven Broomhead and deputy chief executive Katherine Fairclough, to mark the occasion at the town hall.
