LEADING used commercial vehicle retailer Van Monster is celebrating its 10th anniversary by donating £10 of every van sold to children’s charity, Action for Children, throughout the month of March.
All nine Van Monster depots across the UK are participating, including the Warrington depot, which is located on Athlone Road, off Hawleys Lane.
Each branch will be displaying collection buckets and posters to help boost the fund raising total while raising awareness for the charity.
Gary Sullivan, Managing Director at Van Monster is pleased to be celebrating the company’s milestone birthday.
He said: “Our 10th anniversary marks a real milestone for the company and we wanted to celebrate by fundraising for a worthy cause that touches the hearts of our customers and team across the UK. As a national business, Van Monster has built a reputation for quality, which is also reflected on a local level throughout the country.
Vicky Thaxter, Fundraiser at Action for Children, added: “”e are extremely grateful to Van Monster for its support. The money raised will be put towards services for the most vulnerable children and young people in the area and could make a real difference to local families.”
