Police in hunt for flasher

POLICE at Warrington have released an efit of a man they would like to speak to in connection with an indecent exposure
The offence took place in Locking Stumps in Birchwood at 9.50am on February 20.
Police received a report of a man acting suspiciously at the rear of Violet Close. He was indecently exposing himself while standing in bushes alongside a footpath adjacent to the football pitch.
PC Lara Emmerson said: “Patrols have been stepped up in the area to offer reassurance to local residents. Members of the public are urged to be vigilant and to report any suspicious activity to police immediately.
“We take any incidents of this nature extremely seriously. Patrols have been increased in the local area to actively target the offender and to reassure local residents. I would urge anyone who may have witnessed what happened and has not yet spoken to police or has seen anyone acting suspiciously in that area to come forward.”
