Law firm unifies as FDR

WARRINGTON based law firm Forshaws Davies Ridgway (FDR) has decided to rebrand all its private client legal services under one unified ‘FDR’ brand.
The decision has been prompted by the arrival of a new chief executive, Oliver Burton, who has carried out a thorough review of the business, which has offices in Warrington, Stockton Heath and Frodsham.
He and the firm’s 16 partners have decided that the future interests of the law firm and its many loyal clients will be best served by trading under a single brand for all services.
From February 1, all solicitor services dealing with wills, probate, family, litigation, conveyancing, criminal and personal injury law will re-join the commercial department under the FDR banner, with one website www.fdrlaw.co.uk serving the entire firm.
Mr Burton said: “We have decided our future strategic direction lies in consolidating all our legal services under a single name. FDR has a long established history and excellent reputation in north Cheshire. We believe we offer a first class, professional service in all departments and are confident we have sufficient expertise in-house to respond to today’s challenging markets.”
All the previous branding and signage will be replaced by FDR’s distinctive bright blue in readiness for the firm’s re-launch at the beginning of February.
