More than 1,000 happy customers can't be wrong

WARRINGTON based professional oven valeting service Ovenu is celebrating more than 1,000 happy customers in the town in the past two years.
More than 1,000 home owners and businesses within the past two years alone – whose ovens have been left in immaculate condition thanks to Paul Clark, owner of Ovenu Warrington – have all left glowing reviews and testimonials of the quality service that they have received from Paul and his team. These can be seen on his website at www.ovenuwarrington.net
Ovenu Warrington has been highly praised for its exemplary level of customer care and premium quality service, which has made it a household name throughout Warrington.
Paul (pictured right) said: “I am very grateful to all our clients for their feedback, which means so much to us. My team and I strive to provide the best possible service to all our customers, and we pride ourselves on our ethos of punctuality, pride, courtesy and quality which all come as standard. Our top quality service has given Ovenu Warrington a long list of delighted and regular clients.”
Rik Hellewell, managing director of Ovenu, said: “I am delighted for Paul that his business has received such high praise, which is fully deserved, and in such a short period of time. It is a testament to the highest level of service that he and his team provide in the Warrington area and total justification of our pricing strategy.
“Working in a very competitive industry sector it’s crucial to have a large volume of delighted clients as they tend to be very strong advocates of the Ovenu brand. The good old days of suggesting to consumers to ‘use us because we’re good’ just doesn’t cut the mustard these days; all businesses need genuine reviews and testimonials to back-up their claims.”
Paul added: “We’ll continue to provide a premium quality service and be sure to ask everybody that we work for to add their weight to our campaign. I want all of our clients to both appreciate and acknowledge that, despite the recent economic down-turn; the old adage of ‘getting what you pay for’ is equally true now as it always has been.”
The Ovenu valeting process involves dismantling key components of an oven such as the door, interior panels, fan and shelves and placing them into design-registered equipment, which uses non-caustic products to clean the oven parts.
The whole process takes around three hours and leaves the oven in immaculate condition. Ovenu is accredited by the British Accreditation Bureau to ISO 9001 and all cleaning products used by Ovenu are environmentally friendly, bio-degradable and conform to the latest government REACH regulations. Ovenu’s Carbon Remover is also approved by the Vitreous Enamel Association. Ovenu works in accordance with Environment Agency guidelines.
A full video demonstration of the valeting process can be seen on the Ovenu Warrington website at www.ovenuwarrington.net.
