WARRINGTON Town are delighted to announce the return of fans favourite Chris Gahgan.
Leading goal scorer at the club with 33 during the 2009-10 campaign, Gahgan is “made up” to be back at his home town club and can’t wait for the new season to start.
Still only 28, Gahgan says he has many more years football left in the tank and is looking forward to a fresh start after a season out of the game.
Gahgan spent three seasons at Warrington between 2008 and 2011 before moving to Witton, where he was a member of the promotion winning team.
He has previously played at Northwich Victoria and Bradford Park Avenue but Warrington is his home.
“It is great to be back and I am made up,” said Gahgan. “I have had a season out of the game but feel in great shape and I am looking forward to a fresh challenge.
“I can’t wait for the season to start and look forward to scoring in front of the Warrington fans again.”
Manager Shaun Reid is delighted to have captured Gahgan’s signature saying: “He is a quality player and a great signing for the club.”
