The website has been launched to help residents understand the government's welfare reforms, which are complex and affect people over the next three years.
It has a simple breakdown of what the changes are, how they affect residents, and helpful tools including a budget planner and information on family support.
It also has a range of useful sections including making a CV stand out, how to succeed at an interview and handy hints on making money go further.
Terry O'Neill, leader of the council, said: "The council and its partners are committed to providing support and guidance to residents through this period of change.
"The website has information on a whole range of issues and has useful tips for the future."
Details of the changes are available at www.warrington.gov.uk/welfarereform which will be regularly updated as reforms continue.
