Radio Warrington set to celebrate 5 years

VIDEO interview with Radio Warrington’s station manager Steve Lewis as the community organisation, run by volunteers, prepares to celebrate five years of broadcasting across the town and beyond, via the worldwide web.
The station provides live coverage from Warrington Wolves and Warrington Town games home and away and a variety of music and community shows, seven days a week, 365 days a year based at the Cinnamon Brow Community Farm.
warrington-worldwide Editor Gary Skentelbery will be broadcasting a special Classic Rock show tonight, Friday, from 8pm.

  1. Great to see them still going after 5 years, I have been helped with community projects by the team at Radio Warrington lots of times and a nicer bunch of people you could not meet

    They play the music you want to listen to (not the same 10 tracks over and over again) and are a true warrington station

  2. Well done and thanks for choosing Cinnamon Brow and coming to the Friends of Peel Hall to compare the summer events. I did pop in to see the changes a few months ago and it looks like a good set up.
