STAFF from a number of Warrington schools will come together for a forward-thinking workshop on curriculum innovation.
The meeting will be William Beamont High School on Thursday, November 24.
Teachers will be aiming to study ways of developing high quality, creative course work and content for their pupils and the most effective learning experiences possible.
The workshops have been organised in anticipation of the ongoing Government review of the national curriculum, which is expected to give teachers more freedom around curriculum design and delivery.
Cllr Colin Froggatt (pictured), Warrington Borough Council's executive member for children and young people's services, said: "These sessions are a great way to bring staff from schools together to explore creative ways to improve and develop the curriculum they provide to pupils.
"This event is just one of many initiatives underway which aim to ensure we continue to provide an excellent education for our children and young people."
The event follows on from a successful showcase in June which looked at transforming learning projects aimed at embracing new technologies from schools across the town.
