King heading home!

WARRINGTON Wolves’ winger/centre Matt King looks set to be returning “home” to Australia next season to play for South Sydney Rabbitohs.
The 30-year-old Aussie international has been agonising over his future but is now believed to be heading home instead of signing a 5th year option at the end of his existing four year deal.
Although the Wolves have still not made an official announcement, with Head of Coaching Tony Smith still saying yesterday that he had “no idea” what King would decide about his future, reports in Sydney say he has made up his mind to return home.
Souths chief executive Shane Richardson is reporting as saying that King has had his time in England and is returning home.
King has made no secret of his desire to return to Australia but was weighing up the option of one more year in Warrington.
King had also been linked with a move to Melbourne Storm but talks are believed to have broken down last week.
But a spokesperson for the Wolves said: “There has been a lot of speculation in recent weeks. If there is something to announce the club will do so in due course.”
