WARRINGTON Wolves young half-back Craig Harvey has joined Wakefield Wildcats on a month’s loan with immediate effect.
Craig, 22, was one of the six young players promoted into the Wolves first team training squad last season.
Having represented the successful under 20s side that finished top of the league last season, the half-back was part of the Warrington team in the pre-season friendlies against both Widnes and Leigh. He made his mark on the games scoring a hat-trick of tries and three goals against the Vikings and a try and goal at Leigh Sports Village.
This opportunity will provide Craig with Super League match experience as well as supporting the Wakefield club at this time.
Wakefield Wildcats are set to play Salford City Reds this Sunday.
