Two hour delays as car overturns on motorway

TRAFFIC is being delayed by up to two hours following an accident involving an overturned car on the M6 near Lymm.
The incident is on the southbound carriageway between Junciton 20 and Junction 19 at Knutsford.
Traffic was diverted away from the area initially as all three lanes were closed. But one lane re-opened around 10.30am.
Highways England said it was hoped the motorway would be completely re-opened by 11.45am.
In the meantime, drivers should avoid the area.
