“Swinging Sixties” show for Lymm Festival

LOCAL singer David John Dee will be back at this year’s 20th Lymm Festival with another of his one-man “Swinging Sixites” tribute shows.
“Here I Go Again” will be a continuation of last year’s extremely successful sell-out show, featuring memory lane hits from a musically rich era.
It will be held on the opening night of the festival, June 21, at the Lymm Hotel.
From an extensive list of Sixties hits, David has revealed that this year’s will feature songs of The Hollies, The Beatles, The Fortunes, Gene Pitney, The Kinks, The Turtles and The Temptations, Cliff Richard and Dusty Springfield, Sam Cooke, The Byrds, The Mamas and Papas and many others.
All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated by into the festival to go towards funding, specifically, the many children’s events.
