POLICE have arrested two men in the Padgate area following reports of a male being seen armed with a weapon.
The incident happened on Insall Road, Padgate, earlier today (Wednesday) following reports of a man being seen armed with a weapon in the street. Two males were arrested and a metal bar was recovered in the area.
Police maintained a presence in the area to provide reassurance for local residents.
