MORE town centre living is set to become available with the unveiling the £5m penthouse apartments Kings Court, a luxury development in central Warrington, this Thursday 15 March.

Since their release in December, the loft style properties have proved extremely popular with cosmopolitan professionals from across the world, including Greece, Austria and South Africa, and with 50 % of the properties already let, agents James Peacock are excited at the final release on Thursday.

Each apartment is unique in size and layout, with floor to ceiling windows. The interior fit out has been undertaken to an exceptionally high standard, designed and overseen by London interior design agency Gunter & Co.

Kitchens are state-of-the-art along with the bathrooms with sumptuous fittings such as one and half metre shower trays and heated mirror vanity units. As would be expected in a residence of this quality, a super high speed Ubiquiti Wi-Fi is installed throughout all apartments and the building is professionally managed by an experienced residential agent.

Properties at Kings Court, constructed by Warrington based Emerald Bay Construction, are handily placed for immediate access to all of the town centre amenities and are situated within a few hundred metres of Central Rail Station, several motorways and the Bus Interchange making them truly connected.

Lettings and viewings are now being taken for residences priced at rentals of between £500 and £950pcm. Apartments are available either furnished or unfurnished.
Adam Jude, Business Director at James Peacock Properties said “we have been thrilled with the response to the Kings Court apartments and are excited to be releasing the next phase Thursday 15th March which includes our two duplex penthouses”.

Steve Park, Managing Director of Warrington & Co said: “Warrington town centre is undergoing a residential renaissance. We’re delighted to hear that Kings Court apartments have been let so quickly. It not only reflects the quality of the build, but that there is a real fervour and energy for high quality urban living in Warrington”.
