A MAN was arrested early today after a car chase in the Winwick area of Warrington.
Police pursued the alleged offender in Ilex Avenue shortly before 1am.
He was arrested in relation to allegations of theft of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for police and driving while disqualified.
It is also alleged he failed a drugs test.
The man is now in custody.
