Manager appointed at soon-to-open care home

A FAST growing care home operator, New Care, has selected Hayley Bebbington, from Warrington, as registered manager for its soon-to-open care home, Grosvenor Manor in Chester.

In her new role, Hayley will take on responsibility for the new state-of-the-art 81-bed care facility on Heath Lane, its residents and 100-strong employee team. She will work consistently to ensure the home provides the very best quality of care for every individual, and that each day is filled with love and laughter for residents.

She is also tasked with making sure the home complies with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and will manage ongoing training and development to ensure the staff team meets New Care’s exacting standards.

Hayley commented: “I look forward to working with my team to establish the home as one of the best in Chester with a reputation for outstanding provision in care for the elderly and a happy environment that offers peace of mind and the personal touch for loved ones and family members.”

Age 48, Hayley is a qualified nurse. She is married with two grown-up children. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family.
