POLICE today appealed for information about an incident at Culcheth in which a 22-year-old woman suffered a serious face injury.
The incident was in Jackson Avenue in the early hours of Christmas Eve.
A car window was smashed and an argument then took place between the woman and a man at the junction of Jackson Avenue and Common Lane at about 12.20am.

“They are both believed to have witnessed what happened and we are keen to speak to them as they may have important information, which could assist with our enquiries.”
