ONE person was trapped in a single-vehicle crash at Stockton Heath this afternoon.
The incident was in Gaskell Street and fire and rescue teams from Warrington, Lymm and Stockton Heath were called to the scene
Firefighters released the casualty from the badly damaged car and then handed them over to the care of paramedics who took them to hospital.
The incident was short 2.30pm

I hope the driver of the vehicle is going to be ok.
I know that road well and it’s a very residential and short side road with only really one access point so it’s hard to understand how such an accident could happen there with access and road size meaning speed would surely be low…..one vehicle accident on such a road and yet it resulted in emergency services from Warrington, Lymm and Stockton Heath having to attend. Crikey !!
