A drink driver who ran off after colliding with a bus at Birchwood, Warrington, earlier today was caught by police.
The driver ran off before patrols arrived following reports of a road traffic collision involving a car and a Network Warrington bus.
He has been charged with drink driving, driving without due care, failing to stop and breach of a retaining order and been remanded in custody to appear before the next available court… Which is Tuesday.
