Five cars ablaze after arson attack at Warrington

UPDATED PICTURES: FIVE cars were set on fire in an arson attack at Warrington in the early hours of this morning.

Fire engines from Warrington and Stockton Heath were called to Clearwater Quays, Latchford, when the blaze was discovered shortly before 2.30am.

Five cars were ablaze ande firefighters immediately suspected the fires had been started deliberately.

Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tackled the fires using two hose reel jets.

Anyone who has information about the incident is asked to call police, quoting incident number 67 of September 15 or via the anonymous Crimestoppers hotline on 0800 555 111.
