VANDALS are believed to have started a fire in Loushers Lane, Warrington last night.
The fire, which involved a quantity of rubbish, was extinguished by firefighters using a hose reel jet.
A Fire Service spokesperson said it was suspected the fire was started deliberately and stressed that arson is a crime.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police on 101 or the anonymous Crimestoppers hotline on 0800 555 111.
