WARRINGTON patients have highly praised local health services delivered by Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (Bridgewater) in a current NHS survey.
Bridgewater collected feedback between January and June from 1,278 patients in Warrington who use services such as health visiting, district nursing, sexual health, GP Out of Hours and out of hospital therapy services.
Results reveal 99% of respondents stated they were very satisfied or satisfied with their overall experience and when asked how likely they were to recommend the service to a friend or family member if they needed similar care or treatment, 1,245 people responded and 97% said they were likely or very likely.
Colin Scales, Bridgewater Chief Executive said: “We encourage all families who use our services in Warrington to complete our Talk to Us forms either at a clinic, health centre or online and they are also welcome to provide feedback by speaking to our Patient Services Team on 0800 587 0562. They give us an excellent insight into what we are doing well and what we could be doing better as a Trust so we can continually improve the care we provide to local patients.

Patients and service users in Warrington were also asked to rate how satisfied they were with different elements of their experience using the service. Out of 1,278 respondents 100% said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the way staff greeted and listened to them, the dignity and respect they were shown and the opportunities they were given to ask questions.
A total of 99% stated they were satisfied or very satisfied with the information they were given and 95% stated they were satisfied or very satisfied with waiting times.
