Free fun for all at St Elphin’s Community Day

CROWDS turned out in force at the annual St Elphin’s Community Fun Day on St Elphin’s Park on Manchester Road, Warrington.

Music at the free event was provided by the Howley Jammers and a duo called double treble, performing hits of Meat Loaf.

The team from Radio Warrington were also on hand to help compare the event which was attended by the Mayor of Warrington Cllr. Les Morgan..

There was also a climbing wall and lots of community stalls raising money for local causes. There was also Face painting, hoopla and a Tin can alley -providing plenty of enjoyment for local children knocking them over. They were also entertained by a Punch & Judy show.

There was also a stand from The Wildlife Trust, home made food sstalls and advice on healthy eating from Slimming World.
