YEAR 1 children at Dallam Primary School, Warrington received their Arts Awards certificates – some of the youngest children to gain the award.
The certificates were presented by Arts Award adviser Jackie Cooling, and artist Gail Stubbings.
To win their awards, the children took part in a range of arts activities and learnt about different artists.
The children worked with Gail Stubbings at her studio, Blooming Art, to create a beautiful canvas of poppies.
They also visited Warrington Museum to learn about life in the town 100 years ago.
