TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) has agreed to take 4,700 sq ft of office space at Chadwick House in Warrington’s Birchwood Park.
TCS is part of holding company the Tata Group and operates in 46 countries worldwide, providing consulting, IT services, technology and digital services for businesses.
At Chadwick House employees will be close to Birchwood Park’s business and leisure destination ‘The Centre’, where they will be able to take advantage of the various meeting rooms, networking spaces, restaurant and gym.
Birchwood Park is managed by Patrizia UK.
TCS said there were a number of factors that made Birchwood Park the right choice for its office, including “the connected location and on-site security”.
In a statement the company added: “The work/life balance on the park is also something that really stood out when looking around the place.
“This will play a huge role in keeping our staff motivated and happy, and will also be key to attracting new talent to the business.”
Martin O’Rourke, commercial director at Birchwood Park, said: “We’ve invested a great deal in road improvements and our transport connections to ensure Birchwood Park remains a competitive destination for business.
“It is really encouraging therefore to hear this played a part in TCS’ decision to move onto the park and continues to prove a real draw for occupiers.”
