KEVIN Brown and Matty Russell both return to Warrington Wolves’ 19 man squad to face local rivals Widnes Vikings in the final round of the regular season with both teams set to compete in the middle 8s.

The sides have met twice so far this season – once in the league, once in the cup – and the Wolves came away as winners in both these.

Head of coaching and rugby Tony Smith has named the squad ahead of Thursday night at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, with Russell and Brown back in the mix.

Warrington will again be without veteran forward Ben Westwood who will be serving the second game of his three-match ban picked up after a dangerous throw on Leigh forward Danny Tickle.
