MOTORISTS are advised that from today (July 3) Ellesmere Road in Lower Walton, Warrington, is completely closed to all traffic and parking from its junction with Chester Road (by the Stag Pub) down to the junction with Francis Road.
The closure will be in place between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30 pm for a period of three weeks while road resurfacing work is carried out.
