WARRINGTON Wolves boss Tony Smith has named his 19 man squad for the return to Betfred Super League action this week when they host Catalans Dragons on Saturday afternoon at The Halliwell Jones Stadium, kick-off 3pm.

The sides met in game one in the South of France, Catalans taking the win 20-12. With just five games of the regular season left, just one point separates the teams going into this game as both target the top eight.

Head of coaching and rugby Tony Smith is able to name captain Chris Hill back in the squad but is without Stefan Ratchford who is out through suspension.

Ratchford was found guilty of the grade B charge and handed a one-match ban and £300 fine at an independent operational rules tribunal on Tuesday evening.

The incident occurred during Warrington’s Ladbrokes Challenge Cup quarter-final defeat against Wigan on Saturday when Ratchford caught Sam Tomkins off the ball.

Jack Johnson has been brought into the squad which is also missing Kevin Brown who was injured during the warm up against Wigan last week.
