A WARRINGTON charity which is set to close following a financial crisis has called an Extraordinary AGM.

Local Charity The Relationships Centre is set to close following a series of financial failures including the commissioning of unauthorised building work instigated by a previous director that has pushed the charity into crisis.

The remaining trustees have called an extraordinary AGM to take place on Monday 26th June 2017 at 4pm at 19 Museum Street, Warrington.

The charity started life in 1998 and over the years has provided unique services for local families, women and young people and the closure has led to the
loss of ten jobs and a gap for young people who currently access the services.
