High Sheriff opens affordable homes schemes

TWO new affordable accommodation schemes have been opened by Warrington-based Riverside Estates.
Company directors Jake and Kimberly Foden, met with High Sheriff of Cheshire Kathy Cowell and Ian Heesom of Unity Trust Bank to open the schemes in Lythgoes Lane and Poachers Lane.
Mr Heesom said: “We are delighted to work with Riverside Estates.
“This is a great example of how Unity helps organisations to contribute a really positive impact on their community.”
Osnath House, in Lythgoes Lane, consists of 17 affordable studio apartments and Poachers House, in Poachers Lane, Latchford, consists of six affordable studio apartments and an up-cycling shop for the YMCA.
