Bestselling crime authors to visit Stockton Heath library

TWO bestselling crime authors will be visiting Stockton Heath Library later this month to discuss how to create heart-stopping stories.

The UK’s no.1 Kindle author, Rachel Abbott and Sunday Times bestselling author, Daniel Cole will join forces at the Alexandra Road library on Wednesday 26 April at 7pm.

The visit will mark the release of Abbott’s latest thriller, The Sixth Window, which is published on 27 April.

The white-knuckle ride thriller has a beautifully complex plot and a heart-wrenching moral dilemma at its core. It’s poised to smash straight into the bestseller charts, just as her previous novels have done.

Since her debut novel, Only the Innocent, rocketed to the top of Waterstones’ eBook chart and the Amazon charts in the UK and US, every single one of Abbott’s books have been bestsellers.

Her most recent novel, Kill Me Again, has sold 250,000 copies worldwide in the last 10 months, picked up more than 1,000 five star reviews, and is one of Amazon’s Top Ten Books of 2016.

Daniel Cole will talk about his first book in the William Fawkes series, Ragdoll. The thriller is the first book for the former paramedic – who has received a three-book publishing deal to tell the story of the detective and a serial killer.

Since its release earlier this year, the book has already made it to Sunday Times bestseller list, and Cole has recently sold the rights to a production company to make a television series.

There will be an opportunity to buy signed copies of both books at the event. Refreshments will also be served.

Tickets for the event are priced at just £2 and are available from any LiveWire library. There are limited tickets for the event, so book early to avoid disappointment.
