Driver caught switching number plates on car

POLICE at Warrington have revealed how quick thinking by one of its officers resulted in an important arrest.
After a car was seen to have its number plates switched by the driver, the officer stopped the vehicle on Midland Way.
It is alleged that a number of other plates were discovered in the vehicle – including plates relating to recent car and key burglaries in the area.
