A TOP classical violinist is set to appear in Grappenhall, Warrington next month.
As part of the Live at St. Wilfrid’s music series at St. Wilfrid’s Church, violinist Jennifer Pike is set to appear on February 9 at 7.30pm.
BBC Young Musician of the Year at the age of 12, Jennifer will play several pieces including Mozart Sonata KV301 in G major, Szymanowski Violin Sonata Op.9 and Vaughan Williams’ Lark Ascending.
Ian Roberts, chairman of Live at St. Wilfrid’s, said: “We are delighted to be welcoming Jennifer back to our Church following a hugely successful concert in 2004.
“Since her first performance at Live at St. Wilfrid’s! Jennifer has become one of the most exciting artists. Our audience to be captivated by her incredible musicality.”
