Man arrested for supermarket burglary

WARRINGTON police arrested a man at 5.30am this morning for an allegation of burglary at a supermarket in the town.

The alleged burglary was at Sainsbury’s on Church Street. The male is now in police custody.

Meanwhile a 31-year-old male has also been arrested and charged with a burglary at a retail store in Warrington town centre yesterday, Saturday.
