Police seek witnesses of alleged assault

POLICE at Warrington have appealed for help from the public following an alleged offence of assault last night.
The incident was in Fairbrother Crescent, Orford at about 6.30pm.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has any information that would assist police, is asked to contact them on 101, quoting incident No 700 of 16-01-17.
In another incident, a 23-year-old man was arrested for alleged police assault, breach of bail and possession of class A drugs.
