A MOTOR cyclist was injured in a crash on the A56 Higher Lane, Lymm this afternoon.
His machine was in collision with a white Citroen DS near the Shell petrol station.
The road was partial blocked for a while after the crash at about 3pm.
Local reports indicated an air ambulance was called to the scene but police said the motor cyclist was being assessed by paramedics.
Traffic was held up after the crash.
