Warrington Town get Active

WARRINGTON Town FC are delighted to announce a new community partnership with Active Cheshire.

The partnership will see Warrington Town helping promote the work of Active Cheshire in the local community, as the club’s new community partner.

Warrington Town’s Club mascot The Legend teamed up with Active Cheshire’s mascot Active Archie to help kick start the partnership.

Warrington Town Chairman Toby Macormac said: “We are delighted to be working in Partnership with Active Cheshire in the local community.

“Partnerships like this are the lifeblood of our community football club and will help us deliver community activities, which in turn will help encourage people to be more active.

Active Cheshire Chief Operating Officer Adam Norris said: “This partnership is a great opportunity to work with a club that is rooted in the local community and has an appetite to make a difference locally. We look forward to working with the club to encourage more people into active lifestyles.”
