Police swoop on £1m cannabis farm at Sankey Bridges

UPDATED: POLICE uncovered a cannabis farm containing plants with an estimated street value of £1m, following a drugs raid on an industrial unit in the Sankey Bridges area of Warrington.

Officers from Warrington Central Beat Team executed a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 at the industrial Unit on, Saturday.

Police, who dismantled the factory, discovered around 800 mature Cannabis plants with an estimated street value of around £1 million.

    • Nonsense. Just because something is “natural” doesn’t make any difference. All drugs are “natural” – how can they exist if they are not?
