A MAN was arrested at Warrington after a chase on foot involving numerous police officers.
The chase went across the town centre and into Howley before the man – wanted by police at Runcorn on suspicion of fraud – was arrested.
He had originally been picked up on a CCTV surveillance camera.
In a separate incident, another man was arrested at Warrington for failing to appear at court on September 29 to answer a public order allegation.
