WARRINGTON Wolves have suffered a double injury blow ahead of Friday’s crunch game at Hull FC.

In naming his 19 man squad to travel to Hull for the game which will decided the league leaders shield, head coach Tony Smith has confirmed Currie, who tore his ACL during the defeat to Wigan, faces 6-9 months on the sidelines.

Meanwhile Gidley who has been playing with a broken eye socket since the Challenge Cup final defeat, will also be missing with a tight hamstring.
