A SUSPECTED thief was caught on camera at Warrington – almost three weeks after the alleged offence.
CCTV cameras at Birchwood Shopping Centre picked up the suspect after a bicycle was stolen on Friday, August 5.
The man was identified from the footage and has now been arrested.
