PLANNING chiefs have given the go-ahead for new security fencing at a Warrington Primary School.
Members of the borough council’s development management committee approved the proposals at Callands Primary School, Callands Road, Westbrook
The 2.4m high paladin fencing and associated gates will be erected at the front and side of the school to improve security of the school and its car park.
Part of the school boundary already has a low wall with railings on top but the proposed new fencing will be installed to the front of existing boundary treatments to prevent the existing wall being used as a climbing aid.
