VIDEO: WARRINGTON Wolves’ “elder statesman” Ryan Atkins says he is relishing a return to Wembley after fearing he would not get another chance to play in the showpiece final.

Now aged 30, Atkins, feared he may not get another chance to appear at Wembley due to his advancing years and loss of form over the past couple of seasons.

But now after “going back to basics” and overcoming injury problems which have hampered him he is relishing the chance of playing in another Wembley final – and hoping for at least another four years at the Wolves.
