Tractor and car involved in collision

A car and tractor were involved in a road traffic collision on Warrington Road at High Legh, near Warrington.

Nobody was trapped but there were two casualties from the car who were handed into the care of ambulance staff.

Firefighters made the scene safe and police closed nearby roads while the incident was dealt with.

The collision took place at around 11.43 am on Saturday and fire crews from from Warrington, Stockton heath and Crew attended at the scene.
